(2) wastewater: equipment, ground and filter washing wastewater; Demineralized water station wastewater; Laboratory wastewater and domestic sewage may have adverse effects on the surface environment

(3) noise: the main noise sources are air compressors, high-speed dispersers, Sanders, material pumps, cooling towers, fans, etc., which may have a certain impact on the surrounding environment

(4) solid waste: the process waste residue discharged by the water-based coating device mainly includes all kinds of waste raw material packaging bags (barrels), mechanical impurities and filter residue generated by filtration. It is a general industrial solid waste, which may have a certain impact on the surrounding environment

(III) key points of countermeasures and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts

(1) waste gas: for the dust generated in the process of raw material weighing, feeding, mixing and mixing, 298 molded polystyrene foam for thermal insulation project plans to set up dust hoods at the dust production points in the mixing process, send the dust to the dust collector for treatment after dust collection, and set up a set of dust removal system in the industrial coating and architectural coating workshops, After treatment, it is discharged through a 15m high exhaust funnel. The emission concentration of dust after treatment meets the requirements of class II standard of integrated emission standard of air pollutants (GB). (2) waste water: the waste water of the proposed project mainly contains organic pollutants and various pigments and fillers, which are biochemical. The waste water is discharged into the sewage treatment plant of degan industrial park after being pretreated by the sewage treatment station in the plant area to reach the level III standard. After the level II biochemical treatment reaches the level I standard of the comprehensive sewage discharge standard, it is discharged into the Yangtze River. It has no obvious impact on the water quality in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River outfall

(3) noise: the noise sources of the project mainly include air compressors, fans, material pumps, high-speed dispersers, sand mills, cooling towers, etc., and the noise level is generally between 70~100db (a). In the design and model selection, low-noise equipment shall be selected as far as possible, and sound insulation, noise elimination and vibration reduction measures shall be taken respectively. After the measures are taken, the noise can be controlled below 85dB, which meets the noise health standard of industrial enterprises. It meets the requirements of class 3 standards in the standard for noise at boundary of industrial enterprises (GB). There is no obvious impact on the external environment after the measures

(4) solid waste: properly dispose of it and send it to Jiangjin District landfill disposal site in the near future; In the long term, it will be sent to the general industrial solid waste disposal center in the main city of Chongqing. In strict accordance with the requirements of cleaner production and circular economy, the "three wastes" emission of enterprises is minimized, and the requirements of total amount control and emission standards are met. After the measures, there is no obvious impact on the external environment

the above waste gas, waste water and noise treatment measures have mature technology, good treatment effect, and are economical and reasonable. Solid waste can be effectively disposed of. The pollution measures of the proposed project are reasonable and feasible

Chongqing Three Gorges paint Co., Ltd. "50000 tons of environmental protection and energy-saving water-based coating project" is constructed in line with the national industrial policy and the requirements of the "Eleventh Five Year plan" development plan of Chongqing chemical industry; It conforms to the overall development plan of Jiangjin district and the industrial positioning and development plan of Degan Industrial Park.
